How to remove microsoft windows genuine Norification

Press the Start Button > Run and Type Regedit and then Press Enter 

Go to HKEY_Local_Machine/ Software/ Microsoft/ windowsNt/ CurrentVersion/ winlogon/ notify

And Delete The WGALOGON Folder.
